We ship worldwide via USPS as we've seen the most consistency with it. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We are not responsible for tariffs or customs fees. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
We are not responsible for the reshipment if a package is returned to us for an insufficient address. The customer will be reached out to and invoiced for a second shipping charge.
RETURNS
We are not able to accept returns at this time. If there is a problem with your item, please feel free to contact us!
EU CUSTOMERS:
EU customers have the right to withdraw from any online purchase for up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
For returns, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Once the returned is received, the price of the item plus the initial shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer.
